Yum! Great soup! Was looking for a recipe like my old one I couldn’t find. It too sautéed the mushrooms for a long time ….definitely the key to flavours supreme. Used vegetable broth to replace wine and only 1 1/2 lbs of mushrooms turned out excellent. Loved the added lemon juice which just elevated the flavour. My only complaint is I should have doubled the recipe.

Really excellent! I was skeptical about cooking mushrooms before adding the onions and cooking the mushrooms for so long but it totally works! Only mushroom soup recipe for me!

Can you please tell me where to get “canned coconut cream?” Or post a picture of what it looks like?The only thing I can find is coconut milk in carton.
