This was amazing! The only thing I changed was the heavy cream. I used Half & Half and reduced the amount to half of what was called for which in my opinion was perfect. I served this with creamy mashed potatoes topped with creamed corn. So good! What a great recipe. Definitely sharing it with my besties!

I made this last night. It was really good. My husband loved it. Two chicken breast made enough for us to have another meal plus a lunch for my husband. I am a dump cook who never measures but didn’t change any of the ingredients and it is definitely a keeper. It is not difficult to make. To make it even easier, I always have fried bacon bits in the freezer to use in salads, soups or whatever needs fresh bacon.

Incredible recipe! I just finished cooking it; it’s still warm on the skillet, and I had to leave a review. This is a new hands down favorite and I will absolutely be making it again. The only change I made was I completely ditched the “clean skillet” and didn’t use any olive oil because I just used the bacon grease that was left in the pan to cook the chicken. It came out absolutely incredible. I made this as a meal prep but I’m struggling not to eat it all right now!

We really enjoyed this chicken recipe. I didn’t have grape tomatoes so I used sun dried tomatoes in oil, chopped instead. I would definitely make it again.
